Certified Phlebotomy  Technician (CPT)

Our Hybrid Classes are available for eight weeks, and classes take place on Monday’s or  Wednesday’s, from  6:45 pm to 9:00pm. However Hands on will vary by location. Total Cost: $1,100

Our phlebotomy program comprises four weeks of online lecture, followed by four weeks of practical training. By the fourth week of laboratory instruction, students will have been taught how to conduct venipuncture correctly. Our course is moreover designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and expertise necessary to achieve success in a career as a phlebotomist, including instruction in HIPAA and Patient Rights, venipuncture, finger and heel sticks, blood and blood components, medical laboratory terminology, test tubes and their uses, additives, and order of draw procedures, bleeding times, blood cultures and glucose tolerance testing.

Haematology

Certified Clinical  Medical Assistant (CCMA)


This program is online via Zoom and in person, Tuesday’s and Thursday's  from  6:30pm to 9pm, Total Cost: $2,300  

Clinical medical assistants collaborate closely with both patients and physicians. They are responsible for taking vital signs, conducting patient interviews, documenting patient information, performing phlebotomy and EKGs, and conducting point-of-care testing. The program will also cover the most up-to-date HIPAA regulations, the Electronic Health Record, and specialized care for specific populations.

The program, which spans for 26 weeks , and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45pm to 9:00pm
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will  be equipped to undertake the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam.

Medical Worker

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)

 Online Only: Total Cost: $1,900

Medical administrative assistants are essential team members at hospitals, doctor’s offices, outpatient facilities, and clinics. They are responsible for the following duties:

  • Accomplishing office tasks

  • Using office software and equipment

  • Managing operation reports

  • Answering calls and scheduling appointments

  • Updating patient electronic medical records

  • Greeting and intaking patients

  • Verifying patient or donor identity
